Whether you're picking it up for the very first time or returning to something you set down years ago, you can bring the joy of music into your life again.
Why Adults Choose Blossom Piano Studio
Life is busy. Between work, family, and everything else, it's easy to assume there's no room left for something just for you.
I understand that better than most. I'm a business owner and mother of six, and I know exactly what it feels like to want to grow, learn, and create something new inside a full life.
That's why Blossom Piano Studio exists: to give adults a clear, guided path back to (or into) music, without pressure, without judgment, and without pretending you have hours a day to give it.
You Don't Need 30 Minutes a Day
Here's something I believe deeply, and something most piano teachers won't tell you: you don't need a lot of time to make real progress.
Five to ten minutes of focused, intentional practice a day is enough. That's it.
Even on your busiest days, five minutes is possible. And five minutes is always better than none.

No One is Ever Too Old
My oldest student started piano lessons at 65. He came to me at age 76 and is still playing.
Whatever brought you here (a lifelong dream, a way to slow down, a return to something you loved as a kid) you belong at the piano bench just as much as anyone else.

What to Expect From a Discovery Call
1. We hop on Zoom and talk through your goals, your experience (or lack of it), and what you're hoping to get out of lessons.
2. We find a lesson time that actually fits your life, and build a simple at-home practice plan together.
3. We start meeting weekly (or on your schedule), working toward the goals you set, one small win at a time.
A Note From Catherine
I've been teaching piano for nearly 30 years, and one thing has stayed true the whole time: this is about so much more than the piano.
It's about proving to yourself that it's not too late to try something new. That you can be patient with yourself while you learn. That five minutes today matters.
I'd love to be your guide for that. Let's talk.
